Covid-19 Update – Noviun Business Continuity

25 March 2020

At the time of writing, the medium-term implications of the spread of coronavirus remain very uncertain. With everything being so fluid, Noviun would like to share our continuity planning, which has been designed to deal with events such as the current COVID-19 outbreak.

We have now closed our offices and suspended all non-essential travel.

We recognise that in maintaining the continuity of our business operations and in providing services to our clients, we need to be flexible in our approach and be able to react to an evolving situation.

All our team are working from their homes. Our IT systems have been developed to enable remote working, utilising all our software, from disparate locations. Virtually all our work is now produced and stored digitally and can be accessed remotely, distributed electronically or downloaded through shared access links. We also are able to meet via online video conferencing, such as “Skype”. The recent provision of Microsoft Windows Virtual Desktop enables remote and home working securely linked to our servers and data.

What this means for our clients is that we will continue to provide the same high level of service with minimal disruption to projects. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support during these trying times

Should you wish to contact us, please use the details available on our Contact page.
