St Giles House in Peckham is a 64 apartment key worker building which has a mixture of studio, one and two bedroom apartments.
The building also provides accommodation for the St Giles Locality through South London and Maudsley NHS trust.
St Giles was designed to incorporate modern methods of construction using a lightweight steel frame which was constructed off-site whilst each apartment has a generously apportioned bathroom pod.
