The granite paving can be seen being installed below. Central to the project is a new landscaped pedestrianized public plaza along Duke Street, creating a pleasant open space for tenants of Dukes Court and the public.

There will be a new restaurant and huge living ‘green’ wall that will improve air quality around the site, new signage and pedestrian routes.
The site is in a prime location of the town centre and many buildings are leased as offices facilities. The project will benefit the staff of existing offices and encourage pedestrian flow towards the new plaza.
