The Constructing Excellence Awards set out to recognise the outstanding built environment companies and projects that have delivered improvements in all-round performance through collaborative working and a real desire to make a difference.

Judge of this year’s regional award Helen Patel, Employer Engagement Manager at the Chartered Institute of Building said:
Noviun have shown that they are a forward thinking business with strong work ethic and values putting people at the forefront. They’ve seen major growth and increased turnover in recent years showing best practice with their supply chain.
They are agile in their philosophy and they’ve learnt by their mistakes and they consistently deliver strong results. They’ve demonstrated they are adaptable to change and they are passionate about their people, investing heavily in their employees and enabling them to become future leaders of the business.
Last year’s Constructing Excellence awards ceremony was judged and delivered via virtual means and we are very grateful for the effort that the team at SECBE have put in to honour and deliver this year’s awards.
