The project also includes the construction of new pedestrian walkways and landscaping giving the hub a fresh new look.

The site is in a prime location of the town centre and many buildings are leased as offices facilities. Central to the project is a new landscaped pedestrianized public plaza along Duke Street.

Dukes Court is an iconic landmark office building with over 220,000 sq ft of office space located in the centre of Woking within easy walking distance of the station and the towns ever-improving retail and leisure amenities.
Woking Town Centre is undergoing extensive regeneration with works dues to be completed on a number of key sites this year.
