Shena Mathers – Practice Director
Shena Mathers has taken on the role of Practice Director with particular focus on Finance and QA Management and Delivery. Shena will work closely with our Finance Director and practice Chief Executive Ian Hurlstone in reporting and managing company finances.
Dan Smith – Digital Lead
As an existing Associate, Dan will take on the role of ‘Digital Lead’ across the practice. Responsible for all things Digital, Dan has been instrumental in developing and maintaining Noviun’s media profile. He not only is in control of the practice’s marketing approach but also is directly pushing innovative BIM strategies and exploring better ways of utilising this to assist our everyday work and how it can best be represented.
Fiona Rogoff and Zane Putne are promoted to Practice Associates.
Fiona will work closely with Managing Director Matt Golds in pushing the practice presence into new markets and clients. Having built up a steady relationship with many clients across a number of sectors, Fiona is also a key figure in the Beyond Building networking group, bringing together many industry professionals to share key insights across a number of disciplines
Zane is responsible for leading the practice development in the SEND sector. Zane brings valuable experience gained across several key SEN projects as well as being a Thought Leader in the sector, giving talks and sharing her knowledge at some of the major education conferences in the country including the Education Estates conference.
