Noviun Architects are excited to be attending this year’s Education Estates Conference in Manchester.
As the UK’s leading gathering for education sector professionals, the conference provides a platform to share ideas, showcase innovation, and discuss the future of learning environments.
We are proud to announce that two of our colleagues will be speaking at the event.
Designing Smarter: Empowering Architecture through AI
Our Digital Lead, Dan Smith, will present on how Noviun has strategically integrated artificial intelligence into our architectural workflows. His talk, Designing Smarter: Empowering Architecture through AI, will highlight how AI-generated imagery enhances design exploration and decision-making. Dan will share our journey from BIM management to AI-driven software development, showing how custom AI tools automate routine tasks and drive productivity. Attendees will gain practical insights into how AI can foster creativity, efficiency, and innovation in architectural practice.
Innovative Spaces for Unique Minds: Yeoman Park Academy
Our SEND Director, Zane Putne, will chair the Challenging the Norm session at Education Estates 2025, where she will also present Innovative Spaces for Unique Minds: Yeoman Park Academy. This session will explore the design journey of a fully inclusive, all-through specialist academy for pupils with a range of needs, including PMLD, autism, and SLD. Zane will share lessons learned from close engagement with the school, focusing on how tailored environments can support life skills, independence, and the curriculum. Her session will underline the importance of detailed end-user involvement in creating truly inclusive and responsive learning spaces.
We look forward to joining the conversation in Manchester and contributing to the future of education design.
