About

continuity | collaboration | change

A pro-active, collaborative approach is central to the way we work.

With the speed of procurement now demanded and the involvement of the contractor from the briefing stage, it is essential to bring the optimum use of technology to this collaboration.

The ‘getting it right first time’ approach to design demands a knowledge of all lessons learned whether past successes or failures, and a willingness to collaborate. We work hard to instil a team approach in the very pressurised pre-contract stages.

This requires working closely with all client and regulatory parties and harnessing our knowledge of standards and regulations alongside our experience of converting a brief into a workable and cost-effective design solution.

Using the extensive software available to us, the BIM environment enables us to model components and detect ‘clashes’ efficiently and ‘right first time’. The technology supplements the people. We have an attitude to look ahead for issues, both during pre-contract design and as construction progresses.

Our portfolio illustrates the continuity and achievements of our combined design and technology-led approach.

We instil a collaborative ethos across all stages of procurement, including seeing projects through the construction stage to completion. Our people are key. We bring their collective experience and lessons learned to our areas of specialism. We love the new technologies which deliver speed and efficiency.
