As part of a wider regeneration development in Epping Forest, St Johns School paved the way for the residential development to take place. 

The School is a Christian Faith Secondary facility, providing innovative internal and external teaching and social environments through the Central Hub and Learning Wings. 

The project has been developed in the sensitive Epping Forest within the Green Belt, utilising natural materials including timber cladding and green roofs as well as the natural existing topography to blend into its surroundings.
