As mentors the practice is expected to:
- Introduce students to the realities of practice, so that they’re well-prepared for their year out
- Help them to think about their future career direction
- Give mentored students support and guidance from someone more experienced
The programme is run in partnership with Schools of Architecture.
As part of the RIBA Future Architects scheme, around 40 schools across England and Wales are taking part and covers subjects such as:
- Practice Operation
- A Completed Project
- Follow-through of a Live Project
Plus the opportunity to support mentored students in their portfolio and CV writing.
Noviun mentoring future architects is very much part of who we are as a practice. We aim to help mentor future architects so that they can one day help create better buildings for us all.
