Last month, Noviun participated in the annual Employers Evening organised by the University of Portsmouth.
This annual gathering offers Architecture students in both Part I and Part II of their studies a valuable opportunity to gain insights from various practices and businesses across the country. Throughout the event, students have the chance to discuss their career paths, exhibit their notable projects, and gain valuable insights into the professional life within architectural practices.

Attending the University of Portsmouth Employers Evening were Associate Lucinda Colegate and Architectural Assistant James Dack, both of whom studied at the university. This evening serves as an excellent platform to engage with promising talent in the field of Architecture, and we express our gratitude to the University for extending the invitation to us.
Noviun are an officical Student Mentoring Practice for 2022/23 under the RIBA Future Architects scheme.
Every year, RIBA facilitates a mentoring programme for students of architecture, bringing practices into education to support the next generation. Each academic year, around 1,000 mentees and 500 mentors take part in the scheme.
For architects, this is an opportunity to connect to schools of architecture and showcase your organisation. The programme is also eligible for CPD points. For students, this is a great way to gain invaluable experience and insight into the profession, build your CV and access practical advice.
