Construction is progressing well on our Carew Academy SEN School project in Sutton.
The steel frame has been completed on site as seen in the pictures, with CP boarding now being installed and windows arriving on site next week.
The new school will be a purpose-built 246-place student school with pupils aged 5 to 19 with a wide range of learning difficulties, with an increasing need for pupil spaces for special educational needs in the London Borough of Sutton.
The academy will offer places for pupils with MLD (moderate learning difficulties) and ASD (autistic spectrum disorder) needs and will provide modern spaces which enable the Orchard Hill College Academy Trust (OHCAT) to continue to deliver an excellent educational experience in an environment where the students can flourish and reach their full potential.
We are excited to see the construction progress and add another important SEND project to our portfolio. We will update this page with further updates as the project progresses.
